Lincoln County Court System
Lincoln County sits inside Kentucky's unified Court of Justice. Lincoln County Court Offices
The main court location is the Lincoln County Judicial Center in downtown Stanford. The Kentucky Court of Justice lists the Office of Circuit Court Clerk there, with Angelia Doolin as Circuit Court Clerk. A current state-court notice says the clerk's office is temporarily at 104 Agriculture Way starting June 1 for building repairs, while court schedules and other court business continue at the Judicial Center unless a case notice says otherwise.

Juvenile access is restricted by statutes such as KRS 610.320 and KRS 610.340.

Restricted Lincoln County Records
Not every Lincoln County court record is public online. Lincoln County also requires care on jail wording. Research identified Lincoln as a closed-jail county in the Kentucky Association of Counties closed-jail explainer, with full-service jail operations closed since 2019. The official roster at the sheriff domain may show JailId, Photo, Name, Charges, Current Disposition, and Total Bail, but visitation, mail, commissary, and phone rules depend on the actual holding facility. Lincoln County Marriage Probate Records
Marriage licenses are County Clerk records. The Lincoln County Clerk says both applicants must appear together, the license is valid for 30 days, there is no waiting period or blood test, and the license must be used in Kentucky. Divorce records are not County Clerk license records. They are Family Court or Circuit Court files requested through the Circuit Court Clerk.
Probate has a two-office path. District Court admits wills to probate and issues orders.
